We offer a 30-day return and exchange window, starting from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for return or exchange.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility
+ Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to personal preference, size selection, or change of mind, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
+ Our Responsibility: If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Logancarroll will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no additional charge.
5. Exchanges

To receive your preferred item as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order while your original item is being returned.
6. Inspection & Refund Processing
